Refund Policy Overview
To begin a return or exchange, customers need to contact us within the 30-day period of receiving their order. Please compile the Return & Exchange Form to begin a return or exchange.
When you initiate a return or exchange on our Return & Exchange page, we will first need to verify your order. To ensure a smooth process, please use the email you originally used when placing your order, and include your order number.
Please note that we will only accept undamaged products in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically on your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
In the unlikely event you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the order, within 48 hours after receiving your order.
We provide a two-year warranty and lifetime customer support. For customers in the US, UK, and EU, we will provide a shipping label for you to return the product for repair. However, for customers in Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Canada, or for those returning products from a different country from the original shipping address, the shipping cost and duty for repair will be covered by the customer.
- Price match requests can only be made for products purchased on ZuviLife.com.
- The price match request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Price Match Criteria:
- The price match is applicable only to on-site offers on ZuviLife.com. We do not price match with retailers or third-party sellers.
- The competing price must be for the exact same product, including model, color, and any applicable specifications.
- The competing price must be publicly advertised on ZuviLife.com, with a clearly stated price and availability.
To request a price match, please contact our customer support team through our designated channels, such as email or live chat.
Provide the following details in your price match request:
Your order number and the specific product you purchased.
The on-site offer on ZuviLife.com that you wish to price match.
Our customer support team will review your price match request and verify the eligibility and accuracy of the information provided.
We reserve the right to refuse a price match request if it does not meet our policy criteria.
If your price match request is approved, we will issue a refund of the price difference to your original payment method.
The refund will be processed promptly, typically within 5 business days.
- Please note that price adjustments are made on the product's purchase price only and do not include any additional fees, taxes, or shipping charges.
Our Price Match Policy applies solely to products purchased on ZuviLife.com and does not extend to other retailers or third-party sellers.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate this policy at any time without prior notice.
Price match requests that violate our policy guidelines will not be honored.
